  Worst dental experience I've ever had! The young dentist was inexperienced and caused great pain during a tooth extraction. Weeks later I still have tooth fragments working their way out through my gums.

  Monday I went to Aspen. EVERYONE there was supper nice. I was very pleased with the staff and their knowledge. However when I got my upper plate center back from having a crack in the back fixed. It no longer fits properly. They say they didn't do an adjustment, but now the only part of my teeth that touch any other tooth is in fact at the exact site they fixed. I can no longer chew properly because my bottom teeth won't touch my top teeth. And the site is very rough. I'm very disappointed with this outcome. They suggested new dentures, but I have had no trouble with my current plate for the past 8 years until yesterday.

  If I was allowed to give 0 stars I would. They were extremely rude and accused me of not having insurance, turns out they were typing in the wrong birthdate. Because they couldn't get their typo fixed, they made me reschedule my appointment because I was 2 minutes late and they didn't get the insurance figured out until 8 minutes past my appointment time. I did not reschedule my appointment and will be finding another dentist to go to. Worst place ever.
